Terms of service


1. Cancellation

Notify Just Maid 4 You at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day. A $50 fee would apply if canceling within the 24 hours window and service can't be rescheduled during the same week or if we come to your home and have no access.

2. Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash or check. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. A $10 fee will be charged for late payments (more than 5 days past due date) including expired / declined credit cards.

3. 200% Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, please call us to schedule a re-cleaning of the area in question within 24 hours. If after addressing the issues you are still not satisfied enough to recommend us to your friends and family, we will issue a refund.

4. Claims

Notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning of any accidental damages or missing items. We reserve the right to contract suitable professionals to repair damages, and will make payment arragements directly to contractors to settle repairs. A police report is required for any claim of theft.

5. Valuables

Customers are responsible for securing valuable items and collectibles prior to cleanings.

6. Large and Heavy Items

For safety our employees are not allowed to lift or move heavy items or furniture (exceeding 40 pounds). They are also not allowed to extend in excess of the height of 2 steps on a step ladder.
